A high-traffic distribution floor finished in urethane cement with a chip broadcast and an integral cove base at the wall transitions. Urethane cement is the system we reach for when a floor has to take thermal shock, heavy wheeled traffic and chemical exposure rather than just looking clean.

The integral cove base matters more than it sounds. Running the floor material up the wall in one piece removes the seam where the floor meets the wall, which is where water and debris collect and where a coated floor usually starts to fail in a washdown environment.

Trailer Dolly Pad Concrete Repair

We came back to the same site to repair the trailer dolly pads outside the docks, where the joints had broken down and the concrete had cracked under repeated trailer landing gear loads. The joints were cut and cleaned, then patched and brought back level.

Dolly pads take a concentrated point load in the same spot every time a trailer drops. They fail before the rest of the apron does, and left alone the damage spreads into the surrounding slab.
