Machine Shop Floor Rejuvenation

The existing floor was worn through, with cracking and open joints across the shop and old line striping still visible. We routed and filled the joints, prepped the slab, and installed a chip broadcast epoxy system with a high-gloss finish.

A machine shop floor takes abuse that most commercial floors never see: point loads, dropped tooling, coolant and oil. The joint work matters as much as the coating, because an unrepaired joint will telegraph straight back through a new surface.

Restaurant LVT Refinishing

Luxury vinyl tile in a dining room that had lost its finish. Rather than tearing the floor out, we refinished it in place and brought the gloss back across the dining area, counter section and walkways.

Refinishing is usually faster and cheaper than replacement, and for a restaurant it means fewer days closed.

Basement Floor Coatings

Decorative flake and chip broadcast systems over prepared concrete. The preparation is the part that decides how long it lasts. Basement slabs often carry moisture, and a coating applied over a slab that has not been tested and prepped properly will lift.
